No-Bake Banana Split Cake
A delicious, creamy, and fruity dessert perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:

Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

Toppings:
- 3-4 bananas, sliced
- 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (10 oz) jar maraschino cherries, halved
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup or hot fudge
- Additional whipped topping for garnish
Instructions:

Prepare the crust:
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Refrigerate while preparing the filling.

Make the filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust.

Add the layers:
- Arrange the sliced bananas evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Spread the drained crushed pineapple over the bananas.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup or hot fudge over the fruit.

- Sprinkle chopped nuts and place maraschino cherries on top.
- Add dollops of whipped topping if desired.

- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
