CrockPot Chicken



Crock Pot Chicken and Gravy 

recipe with just four ingredients!


Ingredients:


2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts


1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup


1 packet (1 oz) chicken gravy mix


1 cup low-sodium chicken broth



Instructions:


1. Add to Crock Pot: Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.



2. Mix the Gravy: In a bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, chicken gravy mix, and chicken broth until smooth.



3. Cook: Pour the mixture over the chicken. Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.



4. Shred & Serve: Shred the chicken using two forks, then stir it into the gravy. Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.




⭐ Optional: Stir in ½ cup sour cream at the end for extra creaminess!
