Cookies Made From Brownie Mix recipe you don’t want to lose—super easy and insanely good!
Ingredients:
1 box (18 oz) brownie mix
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray lightly with nonstick spray.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, flour, and eggs. Stir until a soft, sticky dough forms. (It’ll be thicker than brownie batter.)
3. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough and roll into balls. Place them 2 inches apart on the baking sheet.
4. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until the edges are set and the tops are slightly cracked.
5. Let cool on the baking sheet for 2–3 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Optional Add-Ins:
Chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, or chopped nuts
A sprinkle of sea salt on top before baking
Press a Hershey’s kiss or marshmallow in the center after baking
TIP: Slightly underbake for that rich, fudgy center!
