Peach Dumpling Bubble Up
Ingredients:
1 (21 oz) can peach pie filling
½ cup light brown sugar, packed
¼ cup (½ stick) salted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp ground cinnamon
2 (6 oz) cans Pillsbury Grands homestyle biscuits
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the peach pie filling, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
3. Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces and gently stir into the peach mixture until coated.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
5. Bake for 45–50 minutes or until the top is golden brown, the biscuits are cooked through, and the filling is bubbly.
6. While it bakes, mix the powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl to make the glaze.
7. Once the bubble up is done, let it cool slightly, then drizzle the glaze over the top.
