Quick & Easy Apple Salad
Fresh, crunchy, and sweet—perfect for any season!
Ingredients:
3 Honeycrisp apples, diced (leave skin on for extra color and crunch)
2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
1 cup seedless grapes, halved (red or green)
1/2 cup chopped pecans (toasted, if desired)
1/3 cup dried cranberries
Optional: a squeeze of lemon juice to keep the apples from browning
Dressing (optional but yummy):
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayo (or a mix)
1 tbsp honey
Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine apples, celery, grapes, pecans, and cranberries.
2. If using the dressing, whisk together yogurt, honey, and salt. Gently fold into the salad.
3. Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
