Sausage Muffins

 




Sausage Muffins with Bisquick recipe—perfect for breakfast or a snack!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup milk

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess grease.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, cooked sausage, and cheddar cheese.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Pour into the sausage mixture and stir until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm!

These muffins are great on their own or with a little butter.
