Bronchitis Relief Drink recipe
Ingredients:
1 whole garlic bulb (about 6–8 cloves), minced
1 lemon, sliced or juiced
1–2 tablespoons honey (raw is best)
2 cups water

Instructions:
1. Boil the garlic:
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
Add minced garlic and lemon slices (or juice).
Simmer gently for 10–15 minutes.
2. Strain & sweeten:
Strain the liquid into a mug or jar.
Stir in honey while warm (not boiling hot to preserve nutrients).
3. How to use:
Drink 1/2 cup warm in the morning and evening.
Store the rest in the fridge and reheat gently as needed.
