Pepperoni and Cheese Crisps
Ingredients:
20 slices of pepperoni (or more, depending on how many crisps you want)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella, Parmesan, or a mix)
Optional: Italian seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, or ranch seasoning for extra flavor

Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (very important to prevent sticking).
2. Assemble Crisps:
Lay pepperoni slices in a single layer on the parchment paper.
Place a small mound (about 1–2 teaspoons) of shredded cheese on top of each slice.
Sprinkle with optional seasonings if desired.
3. Bake:
Bake for 6–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the pepperoni are crispy.
Keep a close eye on them so they don’t burn.
