Easy Lime Pie Recipe
Ingredients
For the Crust:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup granulated sugar
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
For the Filling:
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
4 large egg yolks
½ cup fresh lime juice (about 4-5 limes)
1 tbsp lime zest
For the Topping:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
Lime slices and extra zest for garnish

Instructions
1. Preheat Oven – Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Make the Crust:
In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
Press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie pan.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, then let it cool slightly.
3. Prepare the Filling:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lime juice, and lime zest until smooth.
Pour the filling into the pre-baked crust.
4. Bake the Pie:
Bake for 15 minutes, just until the filling is set but still slightly jiggly in the center.
Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours (or overnight) to set completely.
5. Make the Whipped Topping:
Beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
6. Serve & Enjoy:
Spread or pipe the whipped cream over the chilled pie.
