π₯₯ Easy Coconut and Condensed Milk Dessert (No-Bake, 15 Minutes!)
Soft, chewy, coconutty goodness with just a few ingredients!
π Ingredients:
2 ½ cups shredded coconut (sweetened or unsweetened, your choice)
1 can (14 oz or 397g) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional but adds great flavor)
Pinch of salt
Optional toppings: melted chocolate, crushed nuts, extra coconut for rolling

1️⃣ Mix the Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine:
Shredded coconut
Sweetened condensed milk
Vanilla extract (if using)
Pinch of salt
Mix until everything is well combined and forms a sticky, thick dough.
2️⃣ Shape the Mixture
Using your hands or a small scoop, form the mixture into:
Balls, or
Small bars, or
Press into a parchment-lined pan to cut into squares later
Tip: Lightly oil your hands or use gloves to avoid sticking.
3️⃣ Chill (Optional but Recommended)
Place in the fridge or freezer for 10–15 minutes to firm up.
This makes them easier to handle and enhances the texture.
4️⃣ Add Toppings (Optional)
Dip or drizzle with melted chocolate
Roll in extra shredded coconut or crushed nuts
Dust with a little cocoa powder for a twist

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week
Or freeze for longer — just thaw a few minutes before eating
