Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Rollups
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
24–32 slices pepperoni (3–4 per roll)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
Pizza sauce or marinara, for dipping
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
3. Layer each triangle with 3–4 pepperoni slices and a small handful of shredded mozzarella cheese.
4. Roll up the triangles, starting from the wide end and rolling toward the point.
5. Sprinkle tops with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan (if using).
6. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
7. Serve warm with pizza sauce or marinara for dipping.
