Deviled Ham Salad



Deviled Ham Salad 


Ingredients:


2 cups cooked ham, finely chopped or pulsed in a food processor


¼ cup mayonnaise


1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (or yellow mustard)


1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


½ teaspoon hot sauce (optional)


1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (or pickle juice)


¼ teaspoon smoked paprika


¼ teaspoon garlic powder


¼ teaspoon onion powder


1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish (or finely chopped pickles)


2 tablespoons finely chopped celery


2 tablespoons finely chopped onion


Salt & black pepper to taste



Instructions:


1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.



2. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Add more mayo for a creamier texture.



3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.



4. Serve on crackers, as a sandwich spread, or with lettuce wraps.
