Banana Split Fluff

Ingredients:

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
  • 1½ cups cold milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
  • 1½ cups mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (optional – walnuts or pecans work well)
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • Maraschino cherries, for topping

Instructions:

  1. Whisk the Pudding: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened (about 2 minutes).

  2. Fold in Whipped Topping: Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until well combined with the pudding.

  3. Add Mix-Ins: Stir in the mini marshmallows, crushed pineapple, chopped strawberries, banana slices, and nuts (if using).

  4. Add Chocolate Chips: Sprinkle in the mini chocolate chips and give everything a gentle mix to combine.

  5. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the fluff to thicken.

  6. Serve: Scoop into bowls and top each serving with a maraschino cherry. Optional: drizzle with chocolate syrup or sprinkle extra nuts on top.


Tip: Add bananas right before serving if you're making this ahead of time to keep them from browning.
