Tangy Pickle Veggie Salad
Ingredients:
Pickles (sliced)
Roma tomatoes (chopped)
Cucumbers (sliced or chopped)
Sweet onion (thinly sliced)
Dressing:
Pickle juice
Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Italian dressing
Seasoning:
Salt
Black pepper
Lemon pepper
Garlic (minced or powder)
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the chopped pickles, tomatoes, cucumbers, and sweet onions.
2. Pour in pickle juice, lemon juice, and Italian dressing to your taste.
3. Season with salt, pepper, lemon pepper, and garlic.
4. Toss everything together and let it chill for 15–30 minutes for extra flavor.
5. Enjoy cold!
