๐ Ingredients:
1 pack rectangular puff pastry (chilled, not frozen)
250 g sour cream
120 g smoked ham, cubed
Grated cheese of your choice (like mozzarella, cheddar, or Emmental)

๐ฉ๐ณ Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
3. Spread sour cream evenly over the entire sheet.
4. Sprinkle cubed ham and grated cheese generously on top.
5. Fold the pastry in half (lengthwise), press down gently.
6. Cut into strips (about 2 cm / 1 inch wide).
7. Twist each strip slightly and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
✅ Optional:
Brush with beaten egg for a glossy finish.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds or oregano before baking.
