Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream



🍨 Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream (No-Churn)


Ingredients:


2 cups whipping cream (heavy cream, well chilled)


1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk


1 teaspoon vanilla extract


📝 Instructions:


1. Whip the cream

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cold whipping cream with a hand mixer or stand mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. This usually takes about 3–4 minutes.



2. Add vanilla & condensed milk

In a separate bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk with the vanilla extract. Gently fold this mixture into the whipped cream using a spatula. Be careful not to deflate the cream—fold gently until fully combined.



3. Freeze

Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or any freezer-safe container. Smooth the top, cover with plastic wrap or a lid, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.



4. Scoop & enjoy!

Once fully frozen, scoop and serve! You can enjoy it plain or add toppings like chocolate syrup, fruit, nuts, or crushed cookies.
