🧑‍🍳 Ingredients


8 oz smoked salmon, roughly chopped


8 oz cream cheese, softened


½ cup sour cream


1 tbsp lemon juice


1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)


2 tbsp chives or green onions, finely sliced


1 tbsp capers, drained and chopped (optional)


Salt and pepper, to taste

🧭 Instructions


1. Mix the base:

In a food processor or mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice until smooth.



2. Add salmon and flavoring:

Stir in the smoked salmon, dill, chives, and capers. Pulse gently if using a food processor — you want some chunks for texture.



3. Season:

Taste and add salt and pepper as desired.



4. Chill & serve:

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
