🍫 Hot Fudge Brownie Bread
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil (or melted butter)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (plus more for topping)
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional but amazing!)

🔥 Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a standard 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the oil (or melted butter), vanilla, and hot fudge sauce until smooth.
4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
6. Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few fudgy crumbs (not wet batter). Start checking around 45 minutes.
7. Cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
8. Drizzle with extra hot fudge sauce on top before serving for that gooey finish. 🍫
