🍍 Pineapple Cheeseball
🧂 Ingredients:
2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
1 cup crushed pineapple, well-drained
1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper (optional for color)
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (for rolling)
🧄 Optional Add-ins:
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (for a slight kick)
1/4 cup diced ham or cooked bacon (for savory flavor)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (for depth)

1. Mix the base:
In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, crushed pineapple, bell pepper, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until fully combined and smooth.
2. Shape into a ball:
Scoop the mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap.
Gather the wrap and shape into a firm ball.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to let it firm up and allow flavors to meld.
3. Coat with nuts:
Roll the chilled cheeseball in chopped pecans or walnuts until fully coated.
Press lightly so the nuts stick.
4. Serve:
Place on a serving platter.
Serve with buttery crackers, pretzels, or fresh veggie sticks.
