Crispy Lobster Bites




🦞 Crispy Lobster Bites with Garlic Butter Sauce
Ingredients
For the Lobster Bites:
1 lb lobster meat (from tails or claws), cut into bite-sized chunks
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup cornstarch
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for a kick)
Salt & black pepper to taste
Oil for frying

For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
½ cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions
1. Prepare the Lobster:
Pat the lobster chunks dry with paper towels.
Season lightly with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.


2. Set Up Breading Station:
Bowl 1: Cornstarch
Bowl 2: Beaten eggs
Bowl 3: Flour mixed with panko breadcrumbs


3. Coat the Lobster:
Dredge each piece in cornstarch, then dip into the egg, then coat with the flour-panko mix.
Press gently to ensure the coating sticks.


4. Fry:
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
Fry lobster bites in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Drain on paper towels.


5. Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
Stir in lemon juice, parsley, and optional red pepper flakes.


6. Serve:
Drizzle the garlic butter over the crispy lobster bites or serve as a dipping sauce on the side.
