Chicken and Potato Bake Recipe
Ingredients:
2-3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
3-5 small to medium potatoes, diced
1 ½ cans green beans, drained
1 package dry Italian dressing mix
1 stick (½ cup) butter, melted
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare ingredients: Cube the chicken and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
3. Assemble the dish: In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer the potatoes on one side, the chicken in the middle, and the green beans on the other side.
4. Season: Sprinkle the dry Italian dressing mix evenly over the top.
5. Drizzle with butter: Pour the melted butter over the entire dish.
6. Cover and bake: Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender and the chicken is fully cooked.
7. Optional: Remove foil in the last 10 minutes for a slight crisp on top.
8. Serve and enjoy!
