Sausage Crescent Rolls

 


Breakfast Sausage Crescent Rolls


Ingredients:


1 can (8-count) refrigerated crescent rolls


8 fully cooked breakfast sausage links


4 slices of cheese (American, cheddar, or your favorite), cut in half (optional)


1 egg, beaten (for egg wash, optional)



Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).



2. Unroll crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.



3. Add cheese (optional): Place a half slice of cheese on the wide end of each triangle.



4. Wrap the sausage: Place a sausage link on the wide end and roll it up toward the narrow end.



5. Brush with egg wash (optional) for a golden finish.



6. Bake on a lined or greased baking sheet for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.



7. Serve warm and enjoy!
