1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups beef broth (or water for a lighter sauce)

8 oz egg noodles
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
1 tbsp butter (optional, for extra richness)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Crockpot – Add stew meat to the slow cooker. Sprinkle onion soup mix, brown gravy mix, garlic powder, and black pepper over the meat.
2. Make the Sauce – Pour in the cream of mushroom soup and beef broth. Stir to combine.
3. Cook – Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the beef is tender.
