Crispy Air Fryer Roast Potatoes
Ingredients:
2 large russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
1–2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp dried rosemary or thyme (optional)
Instructions:
1. Parboil for extra crispiness (optional but recommended):
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add potatoes, and cook for 5–7 minutes. Drain and let them steam dry for a few minutes.
2. Season:
Toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Air Fry:
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Spread potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 15 minutes, shake the basket, then cook for another 10–15 minutes until golden and crispy.
4. Serve & Enjoy!
Sprinkle with fresh herbs or a little extra salt if needed.
