Loaded Baked Potato Casserole
Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes, baked and diced
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
¼ cup chopped green onions
½ cup milk
2 tbsp butter, melted
Salt & black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
2. In a bowl, mix potatoes with sour cream, butter, milk, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread half of the mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon.
4. Add the rest of the potatoes and top with remaining cheese and bacon.
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
6. Garnish with green onions and serve
