Oven-Baked Cabbage Burgers offer a unique way to enjoy juicy beef patties with a low-carb twist. Roasted cabbage slices form the base, layered with tomato sauce, cheese, and perfectly seasoned beef. This easy sheet pan meal is both flavorful and keto-friendly, ideal for busy weeknights or family dinners.
1 head green cabbage, cut into 1-inch slices
1 lb lean ground beef
½ cup tomato sauce
½ cup shredded cheese, divided
½ tsp salt and black pepper
½ tsp red chili pepper flakes
1 tsp grated garlic
½ cup chopped green onion
½ cup chopped parsley
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange cabbage slices on a sheet pan, brush with oil, and season.
2. Roast cabbage for 10 minutes.
3. Combine beef with garlic, onion, parsley, red chili flakes, salt, pepper, and half the cheese. Shape into patties.
4. Top cabbage slices with tomato sauce, cheese, and beef patties; add remaining cheese.
5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until burgers are done and cheese melts.
6. Sprinkle with herbs and serve warm.
