Bisquick Cinnamon Rolls
Quick and fluffy cinnamon rolls made with Bisquick mix, featuring a rich cinnamon-sugar filling and a sweet vanilla glaze. Perfect for a cozy breakfast or dessert treat.
Ingredients:
For the Dough:
2 cups Bisquick mix
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
For the Filling:
1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
For the Glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Prepare the Dough:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a round baking dish or pie pan.
In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick mix, milk, and sugar. Stir until a soft dough forms. Add a bit more Bisquick if the dough feels too sticky.
Roll Out & Add Filling:
Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the dough into a rectangle (approximately 10x12 inches).
Spread softened butter evenly over the dough. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture evenly across the surface.
Roll & Cut:
Roll the dough tightly from the longer edge to form a log. Slice the log into 8-10 even rolls.
Arrange the rolls in the prepared pan, leaving space between them for expansion.
Bake:
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
Make the Glaze:
While the rolls bake, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a small bowl until smooth.
Finish & Serve:
Drizzle the glaze over the warm rolls. Serve immediately and enjoy!
