Ingredients
1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika (for extra flavor)
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra crispiness)
2 tbsp cornstarch (for ultimate crunch)
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2. Prep Cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, ensuring they are well coated.
3. Season: Sprinkle salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cornstarch, and Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower. Toss again to coat evenly.
4. Bake: Spread the florets in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
5. Serve: Enjoy hot with a dipping sauce like ranch, garlic aioli, or a squeeze of fresh lemon juice!
