Cajun Shrimp and Steak Feast
Ingredients
For the Steak:
1 lb steak (ribeye, sirloin, or your favorite cut), cut into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Shrimp:
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
Juice of ½ lemon
For Serving:
Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Lemon wedges
Cooked rice or mashed potatoes

Instructions
1. Prepare the Steak
In a bowl, toss the steak strips with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove and set aside.
2. Cook the Shrimp
In the same skillet, add a little more oil or butter if needed.
Toss shrimp with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
3. Assemble & Serve
Return the steak to the skillet, mix with the shrimp, and let everything warm together for 1 minute.
Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges over rice or mashed potatoes
