Dump-and-Bake Meatball Casserole
✅ No need to pre-cook anything—just mix, bake, and enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 (12-16 oz) box uncooked pasta (penne, rotini, or ziti)
1 (24 oz) jar pasta sauce
3 cups water (or beef broth for extra flavor)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 (1 lb) bag frozen meatballs
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Mix the Ingredients:
In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, add uncooked pasta, pasta sauce, water, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Stir everything together to coat the pasta evenly.
3. Add the Meatballs:
Place frozen meatballs on top of the pasta mixture. Do not stir.
4. Cover & Bake:
Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake for 35 minutes.
5. Add Cheese & Finish Baking:
Remove the foil and sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Serve & Enjoy:
Let it sit for 5 minutes, garnish with fresh parsley, and dig in
