Pineapple Cheeseball
Ingredients:
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, well-drained
½ cup finely chopped bell pepper (red or green)
¼ cup finely chopped green onions
½ tsp garlic powder
1 cup chopped pecans (for coating)

Instructions:
1. Mix the Ingredients:
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, drained pineapple, bell pepper, green onions, and garlic powder.
Mix well until everything is evenly distributed.
2. Shape the Cheeseball:
Scoop the mixture onto plastic wrap and shape it into a ball.
Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to firm up.
3. Coat with Pecans:
Once chilled, roll the cheeseball in chopped pecans, pressing gently so they stick.
4. Serve & Enjoy:
Place on a serving plate and pair with crackers, pretzels, or veggie sticks!
