Cinnamon-Sugar Pizza Made with Crescent Rolls
Ingredients:
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
For the icing:
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk (more if needed for drizzling consistency)
---
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Unroll the crescent dough onto the baking sheet. Press the perforations together to form a solid rectangle or circle—whichever shape you prefer for your “pizza.”
3. Brush melted butter evenly over the dough.
4. Mix the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl, then sprinkle the mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
5. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the crescent dough is golden brown and cooked through.
6. While it bakes, make the icing: In a small bowl, stir together powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Add a touch more milk if needed for drizzling consistency.
7. Drizzle the icing over the warm cinnamon-sugar pizza once it comes out of the oven.
8. Slice and serve warm—great for breakfast, snack time, or dessert!
