Ingredients:
8 oz sirloin steak, thinly sliced against the grain
12 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
10 oz egg noodles or ramen noodles
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional for depth)
1 tsp sesame oil (optional for extra flavor)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Cook the noodles:
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
2. Sear the steak:
In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add steak slices in a single layer and sear for 1–2 minutes per side until browned but still tender. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Cook the shrimp:
In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp oil. Add shrimp and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the steak.
4. Sauté vegetables and garlic:
Lower the heat slightly and add minced garlic, red and yellow bell peppers. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until peppers are slightly softened but still crisp.
5. Combine:
Push the vegetables to the side of the pan, melt the butter in the center, and stir in the cooked noodles, steak, and shrimp.
6. Sauce it up:
Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss everything together for 2–3 minutes until heated through and coated evenly.
7. Garnish & serve:
Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
