lobster tails



These succulent lobster tails bathed in aromatic garlic herb butter transform any meal into a five-star experience. Perfect for:

Main Event


4 lobster tails (6-8oz each)

2 tbsp olive oil (for basting)

Garlic Herb Butter Sauce


¼ cup (57g) unsalted butter, melted

3 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

1 tsp fresh thyme (or ½ tsp dried)

1 tsp lemon juice

¼ tsp paprika (optional for color)

Finishing Touches


Lemon wedges

Extra parsley

👨🍳 Chef’s Technique


1️⃣ Prep the Lobster (5 mins)


Butterfly tails:

Cut shell lengthwise with kitchen shears

Gently lift meat onto shell (keep attached at tail)

Season lightly with salt/pepper

2️⃣ Make the Sauce (3 mins)


Whisk together:

Melted butter

Garlic

Herbs

Lemon juice

3️⃣ Bake to Perfection (12 mins)


Brush tails with olive oil
