Rotel Beef and Cheese Crescents
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 can (10 oz) Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies), drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or a blend)
2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped green onions or jalapeños for extra kick

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
3. Add drained Rotel, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef. Cook 2-3 minutes until most liquid is gone. Remove from heat.
4. Stir in shredded cheese until melted and well mixed.
5. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on the wide end of each triangle and roll up like a crescent.
7. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or sprayed with nonstick spray.
8. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
9. Serve warm! Optionally, top with extra cheese, sour cream, or a drizzle of hot sauce.
