Cheesy Meatloaf Recipe
Ingredients:
For the meatloaf:
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
For topping:
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Optional: additional ketchup or marinara for a saucy top

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan or baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients. Mix gently until just combined—don’t overmix.
3. Shape into a loaf and place in the prepared pan.
4. Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
5. Top with shredded cheese and return to oven for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes for a golden cheesy top.
7. Rest for 10 minutes, then garnish with parsley, slice, and serve.
