Lemon Drink



🍋 Morning Metabolism-Boosting Lemon Drink


Ingredients:


1 cup warm water (not hot – about 120°F or 50°C)


Juice of ½ fresh lemon


(Optional) 1 tsp raw honey – for taste and added antioxidants


(Optional) ¼ tsp ground turmeric or a pinch of cayenne pepper – for extra metabolism support

Instructions:


1. Warm the water:

Heat 1 cup of water until warm but not boiling. You should be able to sip it comfortably.



2. Juice the lemon:

Cut a lemon in half and squeeze the juice from one half into the warm water.



3. Add extras (optional):

Stir in honey, turmeric, or cayenne if desired.



4. Mix well:

Stir everything together until fully combined.



5. Drink:

Sip slowly first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
