🥗 Colorful Fresh Fruit Salad
👉 What You’ll Need:
2 ripe bananas, sliced
1 cup green grapes, halved
1 cup red grapes, halved
1 cup mandarin orange segments (fresh or canned, drained if canned)
1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 apple, chopped (optional, toss with lemon juice to prevent browning)
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice
Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

📝 Instructions:
1. Prep the fruit:
Wash and dry all fruit. Slice bananas, halve grapes, segment or drain mandarin oranges, chop apples (if using), and slice strawberries.
2. Mix dressing:
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey (or syrup) and lemon/lime juice.
3. Combine & toss:
Add all the fruit to a large mixing bowl. Pour the dressing over the top and gently toss to coat everything evenly.
4. Chill:
Cover and refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
5. Serve:
Garnish with fresh mint if desired. Serve cold and enjoy the burst of fruity flavors!
