Creamy Crab & Shrimp with Spinach
Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 oz lump crab meat (or imitation crab if preferred)
2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for a little heat)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions:
1. Sauté aromatics:
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant and translucent (about 2–3 minutes).
2. Cook shrimp:
Add shrimp, season with a bit of salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook 2–3 minutes per side, just until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
3. Wilt spinach:

4. Make creamy sauce:
Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Let it simmer gently for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened. Add red pepper flakes if using.
5. Add crab and shrimp back:
Gently fold in the crab meat and cooked shrimp. Warm through for another 1–2 minutes.
6. Finish it off:
Squeeze in fresh lemon juice, adjust salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with chopped parsley.
