⭐ Creamy Italian Chicken ⭐


Tender chicken in a luscious, flavorful cream sauce with Italian herbs—perfect over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.


📝 Ingredients:


1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs


Salt & pepper to taste


1 tsp garlic powder


1 tsp onion powder


1 tsp Italian seasoning


2 tbsp olive oil


2 tbsp butter


3 cloves garlic, minced


1 cup heavy cream


½ cup chicken broth


½ cup grated Parmesan cheese


1 cup spinach or sun-dried tomatoes (optional)


Chopped parsley for garnish


🔥 Instructions:


1. Season & Sear Chicken


Season chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.


In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil.


Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.


2. Make the Sauce


In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter.


Sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.


Pour in chicken broth and scrape up browned bits.


Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.


3. Combine & Finish


Return chicken to the skillet. Spoon sauce over the chicken.


Add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes if using. Simmer another 2–3 minutes.


Garnish with parsley.


🍽️ Serving Ideas:


Serve over pasta, mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted veggies.


Add a side of garlic bread and salad for a complete meal.
