π¨ Creamy White Chocolate Mousse
Light, fluffy, and decadent with rich white chocolate flavor — no baking required!
π Ingredients:
6 oz (170g) white chocolate, finely chopped
2 tbsp whole milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Optional toppings: white chocolate curls, fresh berries, whipped cream, mint leaves

π©π³ Instructions:
1. Melt the White Chocolate
In a heatproof bowl, combine white chocolate and milk.
Microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring each time, until melted and smooth.
Let cool to room temperature (but not harden).
2. Whip the Cream
In a large mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
3. Fold Together
Gently fold ⅓ of the whipped cream into the cooled white chocolate to lighten it.
Then carefully fold in the rest until fully combined and smooth.
4. Chill & Serve
Spoon into serving glasses or ramekins.
Chill for at least 1–2 hours (or up to 24 hours).
Top with berries, curls, or a dollop of whipped cream before serving.

Use high-quality white chocolate for best flavor and smooth texture.
Add a splash of raspberry sauce or lemon zest for a fresh twist.
Want it richer? Add 2 oz cream cheese (softened) when melting the chocolate.
