Creamy No-Bake Biscuit Dessert (3 Ingredients)
Ingredients:
2 cups (500 ml) cold milk
1 package (3.4 oz / 100 g) instant vanilla pudding mix (or any flavor you like)
10–12 plain tea biscuits (like Maria biscuits or graham crackers), crushed
Instructions:
1. Make the Pudding
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the cold milk and instant pudding mix together for about 2 minutes, or until thickened and smooth.
2. Layer the Dessert
In serving glasses or a medium dish:
Start with a spoonful of crushed biscuits at the bottom.
Add a layer of pudding.
Repeat layers if desired, ending with pudding.
3. Top & Chill
Sprinkle extra crushed biscuits on top for crunch.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until chilled and set.
Optional Variations (if you want to get creative later):
Add sliced bananas or berries between layers.
Use chocolate or caramel pudding instead of vanilla.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
