π Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
1/2 cup crushed saltine crackers or breadcrumbs
2 large eggs, beaten
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ In a large bowl, mix:
Ground beef
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt & pepper
Chopped onion
Eggs
Crushed crackers or breadcrumbs
Mix until well combined. Press the beef mixture into a greased 9x9-inch or 8x11-inch baking dish like a meatloaf.
3️⃣ In a separate bowl, combine:
Milk
Sour cream
Cream of mushroom soup
(Optional) Cheddar cheese
Spread this creamy mixture evenly over the beef layer.
4️⃣ Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until the beef is fully cooked and the top is bubbly and golden.
5️⃣ Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
