🍫 Homemade Cadbury Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
3 cups Cadbury chocolate (bars or chips), chopped
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional: chopped nuts, crushed candy, mini marshmallows, or sea salt flakes for topping
---
Instructions:
1. Prep the pan:
Line an 8x8-inch square pan with parchment paper or foil. Lightly grease it for easy removal later.
2. Melt the chocolate:
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the chopped Cadbury chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted.
3. Add flavor:
Stir in the vanilla extract and pinch of salt. If you're adding extras like nuts or candy, fold them in now.
4. Pour and chill:
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Add toppings if desired. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until firm.
5. Cut and enjoy:
Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment. Cut into small squares and serve.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks, or freeze for longer storage.
