🦀🔥 Joe’s Crab Shack Style Crab Dip
🧀 Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
1 cup lump crab meat (drained, picked through for shells)
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder

🔥 Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
3. Mix in mayonnaise and sour cream until fully combined.
4. Fold in the crab meat, cheeses, Old Bay, and garlic powder. Mix gently to avoid breaking up the crab too much.
5. Spoon the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish (an 8-inch dish works well). Spread evenly.
6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and lightly golden on top.
7. Optional: Broil for the last 1–2 minutes for a browned, cheesy crust.
8. Serve hot with:
Toasted baguette slices
Tortilla chips
Crackers
Celery sticks
