Layered Pasta Salad Bowl 😋
Ingredients:
8 ounces pasta (such as rotini or penne), cooked, rinsed, and cooled
1 cup ranch dressing or Italian dressing
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, diced
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup cooked bacon pieces or diced ham (optional)
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. In a large glass bowl or trifle dish, start layering the ingredients:
First, add the cooled pasta.
Next, spread the dressing evenly over the pasta.
Add layers of cherry tomatoes, cucumber, peas, red onion, cheddar cheese, bacon/ham, and chopped eggs.
2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors blend.
4. Serve chilled and enjoy!
