4 cod fillets (about 1 pound)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).


2. Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

4. Spoon the mixture evenly over the cod fillets.
