Quick Apple Pancakes

 



🍎 Quick Apple Pancakes (Ready in 5 Minutes!)


✅ Ingredients:


1 apple, grated (with peel)


1 egg


2 tablespoons sugar


A pinch of salt


4 tablespoons all-purpose flour


1/4 teaspoon baking powder (optional, for fluffiness)


1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, for warm flavor)


Oil or butter, for frying

1. Mix the grated apple, egg, sugar, and salt in a bowl.



2. Add flour (and baking powder + cinnamon if using) and stir until a thick batter forms.



3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil or butter.



4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the pan and flatten slightly.



5. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.



6. Serve warm with a dusting of powdered sugar, maple syrup, or yogurt!
