Ritz Cracker Ham



🧀 Ritz Cracker Ham & Swiss Bites


Ingredients:


1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 30–32 crackers)


8 slices deli ham, cut into small squares


8 slices Swiss cheese, cut into small squares


4 tbsp butter, melted


1 tsp Dijon mustard


1 tsp Worcestershire sauce


1/2 tsp garlic powder


1/2 tsp onion powder


1/2 tsp poppy seeds (optional)


Fresh parsley or chives (optional garnish)


Instructions:


1. Preheat Oven:


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


2. Assemble Sandwiches:


Place half of the Ritz crackers (flat side up) on the baking sheet.


Top each cracker with a small piece of ham and Swiss cheese.


Place another cracker on top to form a mini sandwich.


3. Make Butter Mixture:


In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds.


4. Brush & Bake:


Brush the tops of the cracker sandwiches with the butter mixture generously.


Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden and crispy.

5. Garnish & Serve:


Optional: Sprinkle with chopped parsley or chives.


Serve warm and enjoy!
