🧀 Spinach Dip Cheese Crisps


Ingredients:


For the cheese crisps:


1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese


1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese


Optional: pinch of garlic powder or Italian seasoning



For the spinach dip filling:


1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained


2 oz cream cheese, softened


2 tbsp sour cream or Greek yogurt


2 tbsp grated Parmesan


1 garlic clove, minced (or 1/4 tsp garlic powder)


Salt & pepper to taste


Optional: pinch of crushed red pepper flakes or chopped artichokes

🔥 Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.



2. Make cheese crisps:


Mix the mozzarella and Parmesan together.


Drop 1-tablespoon mounds onto the parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.


Gently flatten each mound and sprinkle with a pinch of seasoning if desired.


Bake for 6–8 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown around the edges.


Let cool for 1–2 minutes to crisp up.


3. Make spinach dip filling:


In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, spinach, Parmesan, garlic, and seasonings until smooth and combined.


4. Assemble:


Once crisps are cooled and firm, spoon a dollop of the spinach dip onto each one.


Serve immediately for a crisp bite, or warm them slightly for a melty version.


📝 Tips:


You can double the recipe for a party tray.


Try different cheeses like Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack for variety.


Add chopped bacon or jalapeños for extra flavor.
